  • Are the tyres you are selling inferior to the ones being sold at my local fitting centre?

    A: NOT in any way, shape or form - the tyres we supply are exactly the same as those found locally, or better.
    In fact, there is a huge possibility that our tyres would be fresher than the ones your motorcycle may be fitted with locally because we handle larger thus newer stock.

  • Do you offer additional discount for motorcycle professionals?

    A: At present, Btyres is strictly an online retailer.
    If you are a motorcycle professional, you are certainly more than welcome to place orders with us and benefit from our lower prices. However, our prices are fixed and no discounts can be given as we always strive to offer the very lowest prices available to all our customers.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    A: Until further notice, we ship orders to Mainland UK ONLY.

    How much does it cost to ship my order?

    A: All orders towards Mainland UK carry a flat P&P rate of £7.50 GBP.
    This P&P cost will be the same whether ordering one or multiple tyres. 

  • Can I order a motorcycle tyre that isn't listed in your website?

    A: This would depend on the tyre.

  • Would you share, sell or give away my sensitive private information to anyone else?

    A: No. 
    Btyres would NEVER distribute such sensitive information. This would be against everything Btyres stands for.

  • How should I know which tyres to order?

    A: The main thing you should look for is the tyre code found on each side of your motorcycle’s current tyres. You should be looking for information such as 180/55 R17 73V.
    Generally, purchasing tyres of the exact same tyre codes as the ones you already have on your bike should suffice.
    Use our tyre code search tool found on the upper left corner of our home page to input this information and find all the equivalent available tyres on our website.

  • Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

    A: Yes all prices include VAT and all other taxes for that matter.
    There are no hidden costs at

  • I haven’t got an email address. Is it possible to place an order?

    A: Placing an order via the website requires the buyer to enter an email address. But there is an alternative of placing an order via telephone. Please call our customer support service and we will try to accommodate your request.

  • What should I do if I receive different tyres than what I ordered?

    A: Refuse delivery. We’ll cover the costs. Just inform our customer service of the situation.

  • Are all the tyres in stock?

    A: We do try to offer tyres that are available and ready for dispatch. But tyre stocks are constantly changing. On such rare occasions a tyre maybe unavailable for some time.

  • What is the estimated time of arrival for my order?

    A: Most orders will arrive at your doorstep within 3 business days. But to be on the safe side, please, do give it up to 8 days before getting in contact with our customer support service.

  • Do you offer warranty?

    A: All tyres listed on our website are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
